Buildings vs Party Wall Awards vs Deposit Accounts
Each building can have more than one party wall award. Each party wall award has its own account and its own unique sort code and account number combination.
Do I need a signed Party Wall Award?
No, provided you have the final draft, we are able to open the account for you. We are aware that some surveyors prefer not to sign the award until the deposit of security for expenses has been made, and we can accommodate that. Please understand, however, that for compliance reasons we will not be able to return any security deposited until we have a final copy of the signed award.
