Understanding Buildings vs Party Wall Awards
Each Party Wall Award is linked to a building. A building can have more than one party wall award, however, either because more works are done to the building over time, or perhaps because the building has more than one neighbour that will be affected by the planned works.
What information do I need?
All you need in order to create a building on the UK Security for Expenses Scheme Portal is the full address and postcode.
